Job Summary**

The ACOLS11-INTERN will support various operational and administrative tasks within Airbus (Tianjin) Final Assembly Company Limited, gaining practical experience in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist senior staff with data collection, analysis, and report generation related to operational performance, quality control, or logistics.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly line or supporting departments.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
* Conduct basic research and compile information on industry best practices or regulatory requirements.
* Perform administrative duties such as organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
* Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
* Adhere to all company safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor&39;s or Master&39;s degree program in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.), Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated interest in the aerospace industry and manufacturing processes.
* Prior internship experience or project work in a relevant field is a plus.
