Role Introduction- Generate actionable analytics and insights and extend it as an integral component of major business change and investment programmes, including flight operations, services deliveries, customer & loyalty management as well as sales management
- Apply advanced analytics and data science techniques to develop solutions and algorithms with measurable impact and robust verification plans
- Evaluate and optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability
- Explore and assess emerging capabilities, including LLMs and AI agents, to advance the analytical power of the organization
Key Responsibilities- Deliver advanced analytics support in one or multiple domains (operations, customer lifecycle, revenue optimization)
- Prototype and implement machine learning and optimization solutions for business partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to operationalize models and integrate them into daily business processes
- Make intelligent approximations to ensure models are scalable and operatable, balancing accuracy with operational efficiency
- Evaluate data science algorithms and provide technical recommendations to enable data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to the development of LLM-based solutions and AI agents for enterprise applications
RequirementsKnowledge, skills, training and experience
- Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent education qualifications) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Operation Research, Psychology or related disciplines
- Minimal 3 years’ work experience in data processing and analysis within a relevant business domain
- Minimal 1 years’ work experience in machine learning model development
- Proficiency in Python is required; Spark experience is preferred
- Familiarity with LLM development, AI agents, and optimization techniques is preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend appropriate algorithms and methodologies for problem-solving
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to articulate ideas clearly in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to stay current with emerging analytics technologies, platforms, and trends
- Strong time management and multi-project handling with a continuous improvement mindset
