Cadet Program Recruiter WAM
Based in Malta
Purpose of the position:
To support the execution of cadet recruitment activities by coordinating events, managing candidate assessments and documentation, and conducting financial background checks, ensuring a professional and compliant recruitment process aligned with company policies and operational standards.

Responsibilities:
- Support in executing recruitment strategies and operational tasks.
- Organize and manage cadet recruitment events, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
- Administer candidate assessments and pre-screening activities using the MyHR system.
- Review and verify candidate documentation in line with recruitment policies.
- Conduct financial background checks for selected candidates in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment status, event outcomes, and candidate progress.
- Conduct virtual Open Days and respond to inquiries via cadet program mailboxes.
- Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates.
- Maintain and update the cadet candidate database.
- Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Create promotional materials, newsletters, and presentations to support cadet engagement and program visibility.
- Monitor recruitment events and provide candidate support during assessments.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience, previous experience in HR operations, aviation administration, or similar support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in HR systems and onboarding processes
- Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
