JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A: Executive, Crew Scheduling
Youll be the master of our crews schedules, ensuring fairness and operational excellence! As an Executive, Crew Scheduling, youll be responsible for managing work patterns, providing adequate time off, and ensuring our crew has everything they need for a successful flight.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Roster Management: Create and maintain fair and effective schedules for crew members, ensuring they have adequate rest periods between shifts.
SLA Monitoring & Action: Monitor crew performance against SLA requirements and take necessary corrective actions.
Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback on trends and propose changes to senior management based on policy or regulation impacts.
Crew Communication: Act as a key point of contact for crew, communicating schedule updates and providing performance feedback.
Record Maintenance: Keep crew member records, including addresses and contact information, accurate and up-to-date.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with supervisors to ensure all crews are equipped with the necessary resources for their duties.
WHO YOU ARE:
Education: You hold a Bachelors Degree in Aviation Management or any related field.
Experienced: You have prior experience in crew rostering or crew control.
System Savvy: You have knowledge of Crew Rostering Systems.
Master Negotiator: You possess strong communication in English with effective negotiation skills.
Adaptable: Youre able to work effectively on both day and night shifts.
Team Player: You have a proven ability to work as a team to achieve shared success.
