JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS AN Executive, People & Culture:
This role is to earn the credibility with internal clients as a trusted advisor in People Matters, Work with internal partners to co-create innovative talent management solutions, Help your People Department team execute on business strategy through those solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Consult with clients to determine issues and root causes, Create specific solutions that drive impact and change, Communicate progress to gain champions and influence positive change
Manage, Contribute and monitor employee life’s cycle (Entry to Exit), Manage and control headcount budget, Support all people matters and deliver best quality of service to meet business unit’s expectation
Coordinate with related parties to arrange people engagement activities and internal communication
Assist PD Manager to manage overall human resource activities, such as recruitment, benefits, welfare, employee relations and employee engagement.
Other tasks as assigned
WHO YOU ARE:
At least 2 years’ HR generalist experience
Knowledge in Labor Law, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation & benefits & Recruitment
Good communication skill, Proficient in oral and written English
Facilitating, mentoring and coaching skill
Collaborating and win-win mind set
Mature, Strong analytical and judgment skill
Good attitude for changes and fast learner
Self-starter, Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
Able to travel as when it is required
