Finisher - Conformal Coat

Job Description
Applies a variety of finishes to PC Assemblies and Electronic Assemblies in conformance with military specifications. Ensures proper surface masking and preparations, mixing epoxies and solvents to appropriate ratios by weight, volume or viscosity, incorporating a knowledge of scales and weights and how substances interact. Prepares the surfaces of parts, assemblies, and finished products by cleaning, stripping, abrading, sanding, masking and stencilling. Selects and mixes finishing materials: coats and /or touches up product with such materials as paint, acrylic, varnish, enamel, lacquer, and stain using. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control and procedures.
Position is first shift with a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off!

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma OR GED
2 years work experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience working in a Coating Area - Cleaning, Prepping, Masking, Spraying.
Ability to Measure/Mix epoxies
Use Micrometer to Measure coating thickness

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $61304 - $98086
