JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A: Guest Services Assistant
Youll be the friendly face our guests remember! As a Guest Services Assistant, youll ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone on the ground, making their journey with us a breeze.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Seamless Check-in: Effortlessly verify documents, issue boarding passes, and manage luggage with precision.
Guest Support: Provide top-notch assistance to all passengers, including those with special needs, for easy boarding and deplaning.
Document Management: Handle essential travel documents efficiently, ensuring everything is in order.
Security Champion: Conduct mandatory security checks and ensure all procedures are followed to keep everyone safe.
WHO YOU ARE:
You hold a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
You are proficient in both written and spoken English and Thai.
Youre friendly, professional, approachable, and dedicated to excellent service.
You handle documents and tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
You are able to remain calm under pressure, solve problems effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
