Carry out new masonry work and/or repair existing surfaces or structures at various buildings and facilities effectively in accordance to approved working procedure, safety procedures and standard best practice to complete in stipulated time.

Perform all skilled masonry works not limited to maintenance works, minor renovations and construction in accordance to standard operation procedures, specification and standards best practice in accordance to accomplish high standards of quality works.

Read and understanding drawings, checklist, work orders provided by the Supervisor/Technical Officer so that works can be executed accordingly and obtaining desirable end results.

Responsible to assist Technical Officer in identifying material to be ordered in advance and submit purchase requisition for processing requests to order materials promptly accurately and on time.

Perform interior renovation and construction work, including laying of building materials, including block, stone, brick, asphalt, concrete all masonary works and other general works.

High School Qualification / Diploma

3-5 years of Civil experience

Experience in Plastering, Tiling and brick laying

Certificate in Masonry works
