As a Sponsorship Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of the full cycle support for sponsorship and sponsored events from planning to execution and delivery. Additionally, under the guidance of the Events Manager, build and maintain relationships with current sponsored right holders.
In this role, you will:
- Support Sponsorships Manager with administrative tasks such as recording of the team?s attendance, completion of IT Service Requests forms, iPROCs forms, invoices tracking, maintaining, and updating the Events & Sponsorship list and calendar of events on a regular basis.
- Manage the Business Promotions cabin crew requests by ensuring they are completed, submitting them and ensuring a seamless communication between the requester and Business Promotions Rostering Team.
- Ensure all selected and approved cabin crew flight tickets and per diems are booked on TRIPs.
- Support the Sponsorship team in various administrative tasks relating to their projects such as processing and keeping track of invoices, cabin crew or duty travel claims, booking of flight tickets, managing invitations, badging for sponsored events, ticketing and onsite support when required.
- Monitor the daily schedule of the Departmental Head/Manager and furnish required information, documentation for meetings, appointments, by co-coordinating with resources within and outside the Department.
- Screen incoming mails and telephone calls, action responses, re-direct correspondence and collate to the appropriate person obtaining additional information where necessary.
- Be fully conversant with the activities of the organisation in order to liaise effectively with senior executives and external contacts on behalf of the Departmental Head/Manager correspondence and collate to the appropriate person obtaining additional information where necessary.
- As and when required, guide, advise and support outstations or business units with the Sponsorship Guidelines and simple execution of hospitality suites, branding or corporate dinners.
- Maintain an up-to-date contact list of external stakeholders and regularly update all documents, templates, and project images in OneDrive for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure the Sponsorship teams storage and inventory list of event items and branding material are maintained and updated on regular basis.
Qualification- 12 years schooling or equivalent.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 3+ years administration experience.
- Experience in events/ sponsorship role.
- Must be fully competent in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, pleasant telephone etiquette and the ability to prioritise work.
