ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As an Undergraduate in project delivery team at SITA your role will be to help the team in performing administrative tasks related to project delivery activities. You will work on many project activities within our fast-paced global community. You will be working with people in a local or distant setting who come from diverse backgrounds. In this role you will develop the core competencies and technical skills needed to pursue a career in global enterprise.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the delivery team members in execution of the Bid management process
- Support in preparing dash boards relating to main project delivery KPI’s.
- Support in extracting information from project delivery tools and assist in preparing presentations.
- Support in executing project delivery Governance Process
- Support in updating project delivery team’s documents, reports etc
- Support in maintaining data for project-related analytics.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- High School Diploma with undergraduate with specialization in IT or Engineering is desired.
- Familiar with main MS Office tools
- Attention to detail with strong organization skills
- English Proficiency is desired.
