Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking a multi-skilled Warehouse Apprentice to join our team. Warehouse Apprentice is responsible for helping Product Manager Electronic Warfare Integration (PdM EWI) receive and ship equipment in a building located at APG, MD to support testing, training and fielding of EWPMT.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and operate Army Enterprise Resource Planning Tools.
- Sort, store, and coordinate the issue of equipment to customers.
- Coordinate the turn-in of equipment from customers.
- Perform inspection of items to ensure quantity and items are not damaged.
- Operate pallet jack, forklift, and other warehouse equipment to move and transport materials.
- Build and assemble packages for shipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain clean and safe work area.
- Generate reports.
- Obtain Hazmat Certification within 18 months.
- Prepare HAZDECS as required to support materiel shipments.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office Skills: Understanding of Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams.
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/slide up to 75 pounds routinely.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 5 days a week.
- Experience in warehouse operations including equipment receipt and shipment.
- Ability to speak, read and write English with proficiency.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be in the local commuting area.
- Ability to work independently to address a range of issues while managing time effectively.
- Must possess strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Must have strong communication skills and an ability to read and interpret plans and instructions.
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred:
- Vocational training or certification is a plus.
- Active Secret Clearance
Education and Certification Requirements:
The minimum level of education required is: High School Diploma – Bachelors Degree preferred

The projected compensation range for this position is $0.00 to $65000 (annualized USD).
