Unspecified Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the receiving, storage and issuance of materials, equipment and other items from the warehouse
•Responsible for keeping inventory & stock records and ensures inventory record’s accuracy.
•Responsible for processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments between internal and external parties.
•Responsible for updating the MRP system from time to time as items move.
•Performs shipping of finished goods from palletizing, wrapping and loading to the truck using a forklift and pallet jack lift.
•Coordinate with various team for any issues encountered/clarification.
•Other duties may be assigned within the warehouse premises.
Administration:
•Email communication with internal and external parties.
•Prepares non-conformity reports for wrong received deliveries and for outbound shipments, coordinates with the concerned parties for the implementation of corrective action.
•Online consignment booking.
•Telephone booking and communication internally and externally.
•Scanning/archiving of receiving and shipping documents.
•Running related reports and manipulating data.
•General administration and filling.
•Any other duties.
Level of Work:
•Under limited supervision, perform routine manual and administrative duties to fulfill customer orders.
•Must be able to physically handle packed items orders while following set procedures in warehousing and shipping customer orders in a timely manner.
•Must have the skills to use a variety of software and/or equipment.
•Knowledgeable in using MS office.
•Must have NC II certificate.
