Job Description
Managed and execute long term strategic business relationships between customers and RedBox Logistics.Assist in negotiation of contracts with customers and monitor service level agreement with performance indicators.Ensure continuous regular reviews and checking on service level performance to sustain customer satisfaction and ensure contract continuity.Manage communications between customers and internal teams.Work closely with Operations team on customer complaint resolutions for operational related issues.Assist to monitor and ensure billing is done timely and accurately and invoices are submitted timely.Prepared reports on account progress and ensure all reports are being submitted on timely manner with accurate data analysis and recommendations for improvementsCollaborate with Sales & Marketing team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-sellingFulfill customers’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelinesAnalyse and checking clients’ data to provide customer relationship management.
