The VP for Passenger Sales - Regional Clusters will develop and implement the passenger sales strategies for assigned regional clusters, ensuring alignment with broader Passenger Sales strategies and ensuring commercial synergies are driven into planning. Drive strong focus on revenue, promoting high performance of assigned local teams through inspiring a strong sales, target focused culture. Grow and evolve key stakeholder relationships across the small and medium markets that comprise the regional cluster, identifying and understanding the opportunities and characteristics of the markets.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for commercial performance of the assigned regional cluster. Utilising relevant data and in depth knowledge of local markets, develop long and short term sales strategies, setting stretching sales targets to drive cluster performance and revenue growth.
- Work with key internal stakeholders such as central Commercial teams, RO, Planning, CCMB, to ensure sales plans are relevant and fit for purpose, and drive regional cluster performance through strong integration with the broader Commercial function.
- Display a strong focus on new opportunities, developing key local relationships and evolving significant knowledge of local market trends, utilising these to seek out and develop new business opportunities.
- Inspire and guide assigned local teams to achieve targets, recognising and rewarding strong performance and ensuring market underperformance is understood, articulated and plans are in place to mitigate.
